OMG what a difference in my two dogs. It was an emergency and my dog got sprayed by a skunk. They came out within 24 hours of calling them Secondly, they were the nicest people and so well informed. Third, my dog smelled like roses afterwards and they even told me my other dogs ear didn't look great and to take her in to the vet. My dogs were not panicking or barking or anything. Needed a groomer last minuet and they were so responsive and easy to work with! My dog is a little feisty frenchie that is secretly under-trained and had never been groomed before but Sandra handled it without a single problem. Sandra was great with our long haired munchie! It was his first groom and he was super anxious, but she got him through it. Sandra did such a wonderful job with my 13 year old Morkie who is super anxious. The grooming only took a couple hours and she was done perfectly and was not at all shaky and nervous when I got her back which is a first. I highly recommend them!
