Terms and Conditions

*1. Payment Policy*
Payment for all mobile pet grooming services is due in full upon completion of the grooming session. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

*2. Pet Reception Protocol*
For first-time users, each pet will undergo a Pet Reception Protocol consisting of a series of tests to ensure comfort during grooming. This process takes approximately 10 minutes and is complimentary. If grooming cannot proceed due to safety concerns, the groomer will inform the owner, and the pet will be safely returned home without charge.

*3. Behavior and Health Concerns*
The customer is responsible for informing the groomer or dispatcher of any behavioral issues or health concerns relevant to the pet’s safety and well-being, including vaccination status. The groomer retains the discretion to stop the grooming session if the pet’s safety or the groomer’s integrity is at risk.

*4. Appointment Timing*
Appointment times are estimates based on normal operational conditions and may vary due to factors such as delays with pets or traffic. The actual arrival time may vary. Customers will be informed in advance and can cancel or reschedule without charge if the new time is unacceptable.

*5. Risks and Potential Injuries*
While grooming is generally a mild stressor, elderly pets may face heightened health risks, including heart failure or shock. The company and groomer are not liable for outcomes related to these risks. Additionally, minor injuries, such as cuts to a nail’s quick, may occur due to pet movement; these are typically superficial and managed by our veterinary technicians, who can provide first aid if needed.

*6. Cancellation and Rescheduling*
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

*7. Liability*
Customers acknowledge that mobile pet grooming involves inherent risks. The groomer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the pet, property, or persons resulting from grooming services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

*8. Agreement*
By scheduling grooming services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice.
